How to change the Passcode on your iPad

** To change your passcode, you will need to know your current passcode. If you do not know your current passcode, please email [email protected] and our technology department can clear the passcode that was previously set

 

1. Navigate to 'Settings' on your iPad

2. In the left hand column, navigate to 'Touch ID & Passcode'

3. Once in Touch ID & Passcode - you will need to enter your current passcode

4. Navigate to 'Change Passcode' - you will need to re-enter your current passcode

5. Here is where you can change your passcode.

6. Your iPad will default to a 6 digit passcode- to change the number of characters/digits, select 'Passcode options'

     - You can select 4-Digit Numeric Code, 6-Digit Numeric Code, Custom Numeric Code, & Custom Alphanumeric Code

7. Once you have entered your new passcode twice, your passcode change will be complete
